Renting the Farmhouse gives one a unique opportunity to experience the peacefulness and serenity of being out in the country, yet less than a mile from town. The 3-bedroom farmhouse is totally furnished, just waiting for you to move in.
It has seven beds, kitchen with all the necessities ready for your cooking and dining. There is good heat and air, a wood burning fireplace, Dish satellite TV and even a washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided.
Outside there is 21 acres of grassland to romp in, many large native trees, including several mature apple trees, and a well stocked fishing pond where you can catch bass, bluegill, crappie and big channel catfish. A fishing license is not required as the pond is privately owned.
Go and play with the many kittys, the golden retrievers, (Molly and Lucky), feed and pet the goats, miniature horses, chickens, peacocks and Tony (the llama).
Abundant wildlife exists in the area. You might see deer drinking from the pond, various kinds of wild ducks and geese, coyotes, bobcats, jackrabbits, and lots of varieties of birds.
Awaken in the morning to the sounds of roosters crowing, birds singing, baby goats baa-ing , and take in the refreshing smell of the neighbors alfalfa field, and a big dose of fresh unpolluted air. Get away from the hub bub of city life and relax in comfort and tranquility.
